At Sedgemoor District Council, our Customer Access Programme is tasked with overhauling council services to improve accessibility and to implement 'digital by choice' as opposed to digital by default. Internally, many of our processes will be redesigned with a customer focus and this is where consultation with our Customer Access Panel is vital. By consulting with you, we hope to understand more about our proposed changes and the positive impacts it will have in helping our customers to access council services. Our consultation processes may be carried out via questionnaires, drop-in events and/or taster sessions, so keep an eye on your email for such documents/invites.
We promise not to bombard you with questionnaires, invitations to events or feedback forms, but it is vital for Sedgemoor District Council to have your honest input into any customer focused changes that are being made. You will be acting as the voice for all Sedgemoor residents.
